Anchorage, Talkeetna, Fairbanks and on to ANWR – the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve.
Our trip is timed to see the 130,000 strong Porcupine Caribou herd as they complete their 2000 mile migration from Canada through ANWR’s mountain passes and valleys to their calving grounds on the Reserve’s coastal plain some 200 miles north of the Arctic Circle.
